Clean place with good staff and location.

The rooms were airy and spotless with a garden view. The food they offered was fabulous, had lots of meals.

Enjoyed my very comfortable stay in a characteristic hotel. I was met by welcoming and polite staff at the reception.

Our stay here was very enjoyable, comfortable base for exploring Leeds. Had brilliant and fabulous meal in the restaurant. Smooth check-in was a bonus. There was a well-maintained garden.

Planned to see Leeds major attractions and it was super base for visiting all of them. We really enjoyed hotel's breakfasts for gbp 11 per person.

Location was really ideal, staff was polite! Incredibly large beds, coffee, WiFi and slippers were a nice touch. Restaurant was classic and spotless. An astonishing beach, incredible view. Very clean pool area too.
